Harmony Day
We celebrated Harmony Day with many ways to respectfully connect with each other culturally. Music from around the world during the morning, our parade of cultural colours, buddy class activities. Some classes enjoyed food with Year 2 trying a Bhutanese dish and Year 6 sharing a special lunch cooked and served at school by Bella and Joey. Their classmates loved trying a German Dish ‘Fladel Soupe’.
Such a special and important day. Thankyou to all the families who supported your child to participate in Harmony Day.

Fun on the playground
Sacred Heart playground this morning was fun to witness. Mr Sweeney rocked a mullet hairstyle due to a challenge from some of his students, students new and old enjoying the rocks and logs, and big buddies playing with little buddies.

New Calendar on the way
During the next week we will be swapping our calendar feed from google to outlook. Most parents and carers will not notice anything different when viewing our calendars on Compass or our Website, but if you sync to your own apps you may need to renew the link. We will let you know when it happens.
Yours in working together
