50th Anniversary

On Monday evening the 50^th Anniversary team met to discuss the celebrations and events. I thank Josie L and the team for their continuing energy and enthusiasm. Details will be forwarded to families next week.

AGM for Community Council

AGM for Community Council will be held next Tuesday evening at 6.00pm in the Italian room. We would love to see you there. This is an opportunity to be involved in the school. You do not need to nominate for a position if you attend the meeting as any positions that remain vacant will be advertised through school communications.

We are looking for a Parent Representative for each class in 2020. If you are able to volunteer in this way but are unable to attend the meeting please email the front office with your nomination and class. (More information about the role is available if needed)

Today marks the Anniversary of the National Apology

On the 13^th February 2008 members of the Stolen Generations were invited to hear the National Apology first-hand in the gallery of The House of Representatives chamber at Parliament House in Canberra.

This was a significant event in Australian history and therefore a day to remember.

Swimming Carnival

Organisation for the school swimming carnival is well underway. We thank parents who have returned notes promptly to enable the preparation. We would love to have a few more volunteers on the day if you are able to help.
