Dear Parents and Carers,
Welcome back to term 2. Staff have loved the opportunity to touch base with the children in their class. Thank you to all families who are remote learning from home and those parents who are setting their children up for success by having everything organised and equipped for successful remote learning at school.
We also thank you, for your support and patience with the few technical and timing issues we have experienced.
A short extract from -
A Guide To Self-Care And Wellbeing During Times Of Uncertainty from the Good Grief website
In times of uncertainty, it is normal and natural for children and adults to respond in unique ways. It can be helpful to focus on the aspects of our lives that we can control like caring for our physical, health, safety and emotional wellbeing.
“The only thing in life that is permanent is change. Change is the constant in life”

Steps to Self-care
There are things that you can do to support yourself, your friends and your family:
Listen – to your needs and own advice
Offer Kindness – for yourself and others
Seek Support – It’s OK to ask for help and advice
We will publish more from this brochure over time.
Take care over the coming week.
