- Carpark Pick Up For safety reasons, a reminder that children are not allowed to walk across the carpark without an adult during school hours.
- First Holy Communion Week 5 Monday 17th August. Congratulations to the following students on receiving the Sacrament of Eucharist on the weekend: Ashleigh O, Tiana J, Emmy C.
- School Fees Due A friendly reminder that school fees are now due. As per the COVID push notification that went out recently, if you are experiencing difficulties please contact the Front Office.
- Clothing Pool Clothing Pool this term is by appointment only. Please ring the Front Office to book an appointment time. The days and times available are: Monday morning 8.30-9am, Tuesday and Thursday afternoon 12-2.15pm and Friday afternoon 12-3pm. Orders can also be made through the QKR App and then delivered to your child.
- YMCA School Holiday Program Holiday Care is confirmed for October school holidays! Check the YMCA website for details. The program allows you to enrol for days that your children will love.

Book Week ( 19th – 23rd October)
Term 3 is usually when we celebrate the Children’s Book Council Awards (CBCA). Due to the pandemic, Book Week has been moved to next term. However, we will continue to share and explore the shortlisted books during library this Term. We will celebrate Book Week during Week 2, Term 4, the 19th-23rd October. The theme to this year’s Book Week is 'Curious Creatures, Wild Minds'.
Employment Opportunity: A new administration position is available at Sacred Heart Church, Pearce – Parish Office Coordinator. Initially a 12 month fixed term contract. Hours would fluctuate between 12-18 hours per week during school terms, dependant on the duration of our Sacramental Programme. Contract to commence as soon as possible. Also a possibility for additional hours in school holidays if required. The position will consist of office duties and assisting in the coordination of parish sacramental programmes. Dogs: While we love our four-legged family members, dogs are not able to come to school. The Territory and Municipal Services website states that dogs are not to be taken into the grounds of a childcare centre, preschool, primary or high school during school hours, including morning drop-off or afternoon pick-up, or any after school sports training events. In public places, a dog must not be taken within 10 metres of a designated play space (if children are playing on it). For further information please visit:
